I was very disappointed with the service not just from Eric but from his technician. I asked for a diagnostic for a clicking noise on my Camry and the response I initially received was that they refused to work on the car because someone else had worked on the car. Now if I was requesting that the work be covered by the warranty maybe I can understand but to outright refuse to work on the car was very disappointing from a dealership where I recently just purchased the car from. Very disappointed in your service.

Someone adjusted the back of my seat, which I don't mind but now is stuck like that and can't move it forward or backwards and is uncomfortable for me to drive for a long period. The vehicle is running fine, thought.
