I was not happy with the experience at Longo. I went in for a service and concerns about the tire pressure light. I was sent home and told the tires had all been inspected and were perfectly fine. I was told the tire pressure was low on a tire due to weather conditions. When driving home the light went back on. The tire was completely destroyed on the drive back to Longo. It was a very scary experience and I am just lucky that I did not get into an accident. I was very upset but just wanted the issue to be resolved so I agreed to pay for a new tire. My initial appointment was at 9am and I ended up getting the car back at 3:30 and to top it all off the wrong tire had been put on my car. It did not match the other 3. The manager, Gustavo, was luckily there and took care of the issue himself. I am grateful to him and to Johan Ramirez, who was my consultant on a previous service because they did try to help me and reached out to me about the situation. However, Mr. Lopez, I feel did not make an effort to reach out to us or resolve the issue during this whole ordeal. It was a very frustrating and scary experience. I purchased my car at Longo and do all my services there but this time I was unfortunately very disappointed.

Service was promised done by 10:30 am, it wasn't done until 12:15 pm (from 7 am, 5 hours). Requested tire rotation, but technician did not perform. Despite this, complimentary car wash was not perform as was previously. When status was checked, service personnel stated that she would call back in minutes but didn't. Very disappointed this time unlike previous experience.
