The service worker didn’t know much about my car. He didn’t know if the car needed an alignment since I had to get a tire replaced and didn’t bother to figure out if it needed it or not. He also didn’t know if the previous service had an alignment done. Which he couldn’t looked on the computer of the previous service. Disappointed since Longo has a big reputation of customer service and sales
