When I scheduled my appointment, I was told an hour. When I checked in, I was told 2 hours. I had other commitments for the day and wouldn't have made appointment if I knew was a two hour slot not an hour.
On the form, it said I declined the recall of air bag--i didn't decline, I had already made an appointment for a couple weeks away when I had more time to leave vehicle for a longer period of time. I mentioned this to rep before I signed.
