Whoever I spoke to on the phone before going to Longo told me that my warranty covered the tire, the replacement tire was in stock, and to come in for the repair to get done. When I got there, I told the girl at the cart that I already called in and was told that I will get my tire fixed today. Then, the girl placing the number stand told me that she doesn’t know if I can be helped today. Then the service writer said I don’t think that we can do it today because we need to check with the insurance and they’re open M-F from 8 or 9-5. I said that tires don’t get flat only between those hours and I already spoke to somebody about it and they said “come down and we’ll replace it, you’re under warranty.” So my repair paperwork stated some “customer states” info, kind of offensive sine you can see the nail and the tire getting flatter. He did some checking and found out that everything I told him was true but he said that no one had put any notes in the computer. I said “how did I know that you had 2 tires in stock of my brand and size if I didn’t speak to anyone? At the end of the day, it was repaired. For that, I’m thankful. For the confusion, I’m confused how it happens.

I really needed that tire to be fixed on that day to make my way back to north California. OMar in part department provided me a big help that day. He located the tire for me, hold it on spot till I got there. His customer service is excellent?gave me the warm feeling This is the right dealer I should be and get the job done. Martine is another great helper to get the job done quick on that day. I could not get home on time without their professional service. One only thing that I was not satisfied was the wheel center cap was not put back by the shop technician?I need to spend one hour on the road to get my cap back. It is not all about the cap, it is all about “pay attention to the detail” when we are working on a matchine moving 70 mph. Did the technician pay attention to the detail, I am sure he did not. How about for the other job that he completed? Might be not also. Need some improvement on it. Once again, please say “thank you” to OMar and Martine for me. They are the best guy should be awarded for employees of the day.
