Jeremy Lucero is truly a customer oriented person. When I called him to notify him that a scratch was incurred on my bumper during my Toyota care service at Longo’s body shop, he was very helpful in giving me the proper procedure to follow. And when I returned to have the scratch buffed out, Jeremy handled our case efficiently and in a timely manner.

When I dropped my car off I was not informed the expected time would be 5 PM. I waited from 1 PM - 3PM then had to ask what was going on. My car was then started. It was not until I inquired again that I was told the service department could not complete the job and had to call “Toyota “ the following day. I was given a raggedy Carols that shook the entire drive home. The next day I had to call in, 1 PM and was told Toyota had been called but the expected time for a response was two to three days. Needless to say I was pissed. I told Ethan I was coming to get my car. He told me it was not safe to drive. I told him I want a safer, hybrid loaner car. He told me that Toyota doesn’t do that. I ask him who he had called at Toyota and he told me the technical department and they would respond by email. I said you mean you just sit and wait for them to call. Today is Wednesday which means you might have my car until the weekend? I told him he should be calling several times per day. I got to the dealership and went to Enterprise. Of course they knew who I was but still only had a Camry or suv. I was upset and went to speak to Jerry who sold me my car. He tried to make me feel better, told me he would take care of it. He could only get me the suv. I had just totaled my brand new Prius and now my second new Prius was in to be fixed. Anyway, I got the rental and had to get something out of it before I left. When I went to ask Ethan to let me in my car he told me it was ready. Now why did it take me to get all upset for him to get my car done. If I had experienced that kind of service prior to buying my second Prius I probably would not have bought my car at Longo.
