Very disappointing...was promised at 3:00 PM pick up. I agreed..It was raining..my son had to be picked up from school at 3:45 and my car wasn't ready until that time 3:45pm
I'm sure it was Ryan's fault but maybe Longo shouldn't have there service guys make promises they can't keep.
Then some guy came out to speak to me...I'm thinking he is the manager..then he said that he will pass it on to his manager.
Haven't heard from the manager yet.

I was very satisfied with my vehicle services!
Vince did an awesome job explaining to me what was going to be serviced on vehicle as well as sharing extensive knowledge on the vehicle itself. I took notice of a small AE86 Corolla toy on his desk and we began to talk about the history of the 86. I then purchased one of those small toys at the gift shop inside Long Toyota.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and service at Longo Toyota. I will defentily consider Longo as my go-to for any service needs on my vehicle.
