This is my 1st time taking my car for service as my husband is very ill. I called 1st to see if my visit was still free since my car is under a year since the purchase, they told me yes and made an appt. When I got there I was told it is not free due to the mileage. I left very frustrated, I went to America tires, ask them how much to rotate my tires even though I did not buy these tires here, they answered: we will gladly take care of you for free because I had been a customer for years. I want you to know my husband and I have purchased many Toyotas and told many family and friends about you. I was not treated like a valued customer.

Not satisfied with the advisor and technician . Complained about my brakes and they insist it was an internal bearing that’s making the noise. I insisted it was the brake . They wanted me to pay extra for them to check it. They finally figured out it was the break.

Danny Guerrero was amazing he was waiting for me, knew my name an took care of everything . Completely professional , organized and knowledgeable. A gentleman. You should be proud to have an employee like him. Just a great man. Every employee at Longo should take after him. I think he would be a great role model for other employees. I know it's good that's why I come back I live close to Pasadena Toyota but I like dealing with Bruce and Danny these are the only two service writers I will work with. Next the only one I want working on my Car is Raymond Espinosa I schedule my service when he is there. He's great an a conscienceous mechanic. I have cancelled an appt before when he called in sick. Those three guys are in my mind the backbone of Longo Toyota Service. Honestly I was blown away this morning by the service I received. Them them for me.
