Alexis Orso was great - I was overall very happy with the overall level of service, friendliness, and communication. Where I was not satisfied was the line to even get on the lot this morning. Before Longo service seemed much more organized- maybe it would help to limit the amount of service appointments on Saturday mornings, since you have so many walk ins anyway. If I have a weekday off, I will for sure take my car to Longo, but that is rare. Otherwise, I don’t think I can come in on Saturdays anymore

Vince is outstanding and should be recognized by upper management for his exceptional communication, great customer service, and professionalism. It is easier to complain about an individual when things go wrong but I wanted to take the time to give this compliment about Vince because he is a fantastic employee for Toyota. Customer service jobs are sometimes thankless positions in which are overlooked but Vince needs to be applauded for his efforts and his work ethic should be taught to other team members on how to conduct their jobs the right way.
