Monte Cervantes did a excellent job answering all my questions. He was also very helpful for grabbing me a shuttle to go home. Even though I was hungover and annoyed it was a pleasant service experience. I appreciate the hard work.

Not satisfy on not been able to find nothing wrong on whats going on with the issues that my car is having and even though i had a video of one of the issues with the doors not unlocking nothing was done and also when time to come back to pick up my car there was no effort to see if somebody could pick me up so i ended up paying for uber to pick me up and take me to get my car, and last not able to extend my toyota care services and just pay for the diffrences of the service that was done to my car. But to pay 431 dollars no issue at all
NOT A VERY GOOD WAY TO THREAT COSTUMERS ????
