The service Emily had provided was outstanding. I am very grateful with her for all her dedication and time she put into servicing me. However, i did have a bad experience with the technician his work ethic is poor. He fix my crank seal of my tacoma 2010 and he didn't bother to clean somewhat of the oil that was underneath. I'm not asking for a complete spotless clean more dedication on his job that's all.

It took too long time. I dropped off my car at 9am and told me it will finish before 4pm. I went to Longo Toyota to pick my car at 3?30pm and it was not ready . I was waiting for it till 5pm and nobody told me it would be later. Always told me it will be done in 15minutes. But in fact I was waiting there for 1 and half hour.
