emily and danny provided great service and answered my questions to the best of their ability. what upset me has nothing to do with their service. it had more to do with the fact that i purchased a TRD 4 Runner and asked for a trd skid plate that didn’t fit my 4runner without alterations. aside from that emily, danny, bruce and robert hofmann were great.
