Your dealership did not honor the Toyota credit card rewards. When I called the Toyota credit card they said the rewards are acceptable at all Toyota dealerships but Longo refused to let me use it. I don't know what's wrong with longo!

I had an appointment for an Air bag recall on 3/16/19. They sent me an email Appointment confirmation for 7:00 AM. I got there at 7:00 AM. The service advisor called me at about 10:45 AM and said the part was on back order.Why did they send me an appointment confirmation if the part is on back order and why didn’t the service advisor know the part was on back order? I told the Concierge what happened. She got the manager Paul he said there is another part for another customer he gave me that part. I am not very happy!!!! With your service. This is the second car I bought at Longo Toyota. How could you miss that part not being in stock? I live 35 miles away. Car was supposed to be done at 11:00 AM. I got my car at about 1:30. Paul did a GREAT JOB!!!!! He asked me if I wanted anything at the time I didn’t want anything. Thanks Keith C

Yes in the sense that everything I expected to be done was done. Edward Lopez was great. I’m just wondering why the items marked as needing further attention (engine filter and ac filter) weren’t mentioned to me. I probably would have taken care of it instead of waiting.
