When I got to Longo, i realized I had forgotten my phone. She quickly found the number and secured my phone so I could pick it up. Mandi went out of her way to help. I had a really good experience with her the last time I took my car in, so asked for her again. Glad I did!

I wasn’t sure whether my appointment was 3 or 3:30pm. (Online appointment doesn’t seem to allow me to view , cancel, or modify the appointment.
She was very quick to take me in.
I was very please and satisfy with the text message informing me to pick up my car.
She even call later on to inform me herself that my vehicle is ready.
The waiting was not long(one hour. I expected to be like a 2 hour long.
All the staff have always been very good and pleasant.

I went for oil change and alignment and I asked Mr. Johan ****service consultant to check if there's any oil leaks around the engine he mentioned to me there's a charge. I told him I have extended warranty that will cover. He continued saying there's a charge I told him that he is not helping. He told me if I had a spesornal issue with him I was surprised him telling me that.
