Emily was great, once I got to her. I arrived at 8:10am for a 8:30 oil change appt.
There was one line that was moving fine then they opened a second line and directed me to that line. 5 cars in front of me, no problem. They proceeded to take a bout 15 cars from the line I was previously in and and no one from the line I was sent to. Advisors kept coming out to the other line and walking by my car. Finally a few of us complained and someone came out to us. It seems like there must be a better system to get appointments in for productivity and customer satisfaction.

I just wanted to say that I was really thankful to have Jason as my service advisor today. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and he was very informative. Today marked my fifth service at Longo and I have had a different service advisor each time. I have always selected “first one available” when I was prompted to select a service advisor. If my Toyota lease weren’t ending, I would definitely request to work with Jason again. He is the best!

Wait time is way too long. I went in for a standard oil change with a 7am appointment, the earliest available. I arrived a few minutes early and didn’t leave until 8:45. I kept being told “Saturdays are busy” but the day shouldn’t matter when I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. An oil change does not take 1.5 hours, so my only guess is that either the appointments are overbooked or walk-ins were given priority over myself. Either way, it is frustrating. Each time I visit Longo it’s the same story.
