This was my very first experience at a dearlership for service. I was impressed, I enjoyed the surroundings and observing the staff working together like a fine tuned machine.

I made an appointment, and the service advisor told me the car would be ready in 21/2 hours, however, it took 51/2 hours. I waited all that time, I had a doctors appointment that I had to cancel. I did talk to the manager about it, he said he’d look into it. I’ve been at Longo’s for a long time and because we moved I tried another dealership, and the service there was terrible, so I went ack to you guys,

I had to wait for my car to be service for more than 2 and a half hours on 03/15/19. Andrew told me that I would get my car in 2 hours. That did not happen. Also, I did not get any update of my car by text until I went to ask at the counter. Then they told me to wait again because they had to ask the adviser. Customer service was not good.

I’m still not sure if I have a leak or not. He said I had one but was never on the invoice that it should be done. Bad experience waiting 7 hours for a basic maintenance to be done.
