Was told while making the appointment that the service will take 45 minutes then told, when car was brought in, that it would take until 5pm. Went for the shuttle, and was told the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. Walked around a non-existent showroom with locked cars and to Lexus, which had zero cars in the showroom. After an hour, no shuttle, so the concierge had to call an uber, who was a very timid driver. Picking up the car, saw the sign that the car wash was down, which seems to always be down. Whether not working, not built, or using the drought excuse.

No one contacted me regarding other services need to be done. Only discovered that when I made payment to pick up my Toyota highlander.I will need to make another trip just to get those services. At least someone should text or call my cell while I was waiting in the lobby. What a great service.
