Don’t get me wrong ... the service person was good. But literally 5 minutes after I left your service department my tire air pressure light went on. Your service department is now telling me that it is the sensor and nothing to do with them doing any tire rotation. I don’t understand!!

I brought my car back a 2nd time to get the reverse beeping noise removed but was told it cNnt be done. I then contacted another Toyota dealer and they indicated they can remove the constant beeping noise. I will use that dealer going forward for all my service.

Ethan Su Did his best to make this experience more tolerable. I don’t blame him at all, But a simple oil change took more than 5 hours is just unacceptable, and that’s with an appointment too. The techs failed to check my headlight as well, did not even noticed that my left headlight was out until I got my vehicle back and pointed it out. Ethan was great, others not so much....
