Monte is great! He is very approachable, professional, respectful and patient. He goes above and beyond. For example; I bought a used car with a wrong glove compartment key. I came into Longo Toyota seeking for a solution. I was assign to Monte. Instead of he saying, sorry we can’t help you, he and others personnel cut me another key with no charge. I was completely speechless with the gesture. This is why I only buy my vehicles at El Monte Longo Toyota.
