I was completely satisfied with Juan Santa Cruz. My problem was with the wait time for my car. I had a 7:00 appt and was there early. I was third in line at the check in point. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was notified at 8:15 that my car was ready and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the paperwork to arrive. I think this was excessively long to wait for such a basic service since I was one of the first customers to arrive. Juan gets a 5 out of 5. Mechanics get a 1 out of 5.

I suppose to ha e my car back at 3:30 and they give me the car almost 5pm from all 3 people on the card no one answered my calls and no body update me on the status of my car is very disappoint

The parts department sent the wrong Sruts for my Seqouia which caused me to return the next day to pickup my car. I had to pay $28. For rental car insurance. Not happy with that ??

said that service would be hour and half... offered shuttle but I said, if it's just that amount of time then I'll go have lunch and come back... after lunch I walked back to dealership, waited til time due and no sign of my name being called... I went to your associate and asked how much longer it will take. he looked at the computer and said, it just went into service about 30 minutes ago, it should be done soon. well... the 1.5 hour quote ended up to 3.5 hours! I am extremely upset because of the misquote of time and I would have taken the shuttle home. he said something to the extent of, warranty service needs to be a thorough check. you know what? if you would've told me that in the beginning then we wouldn't have this issue... look, I understand that it gets busy, but when you tell a customer of time completion then me as the customer will adjust to that... time is precious to people, wasting an extra 2 hours sitting around is not cool when being told otherwise. on top of that, there was no call or text letting me know the delay or any type of updates of the service. I hope that I will not have the same experience I. the future at Longo Toyota...

Overall the car was repaired. The process was difficult, and some minor factors indicate dishonesty (not with Noli). In addition to the primary repairs you said youd mrasuthr condition of our tires. You claimed that all four tires had 6 or 7/32 of rubber on the tires. Four new tires were installed on 7/8/15. One tire was replaced on July 8, 2017. We have the tires rotated every 5,000 miles. I’m absolutely certain the tires do not have nearly the same treadwear, which means that you fraudulently provided false information. I’d be happy to have this checked by a third party, and I’ll simply publish these facts on social media. I’m certain a lot of people will have fun with this! Three tires are getting close to replacing, but I cant imagine why someone would falsify this information unless he just wanted to get home and took a short-cut. If he hadnt provifrd any jnfo
