The body work and paint job were great. My car looks brand new. Eddie and his team were very helpful and kept me update with the status of the repair. vehicle returned with seats folded down , cup holder housing on the floor, driver ventilated seat on max setting ( the knob is manually turned , on a cold raining day?) radio setting , music setting , all configured with volume and radio station , this is NOT the first time ) , never informed in text, email or call, voicemail of parts on arrival from previous visit, service rep ( eric ?) did not have any idea or information what was repaired or corrected upon vehicle returned ( completed ), had to return to the tech to get more information and found out I needed to return for another day , have to wait another day for another part in order?( why wasn't the part placed on order from the first visit, this is NOT the first time .
