I brought my car because a while back I had a passenger bag recall. When they fixed that, my toop glove compartment was affected. I don't see any other way the spring could have come loose unless the glove box was put back incorrectly. I was told that the recall correction had nothing to do with the spring to the top glove box becoming defective. I stingly disagree. I believe it did affect the locking mechanism to the glove box when they fixed the air bag and put back the dash and glove box incorrectly. Now the service department tells me they don't think it's related. I only open that top glove box maybe 3 times a year for registration papers. Don't see how it could be a wear and tear issue like service department said. Now Obama left with a top glove box to my sirens that doesn't work. Which I believe would be in fine working condition had the airbag recall not been fixed in the first place.

I would appreciate it if the service consultant would not give me an early ETA for my vehicle and not fulfill it. He told me that the service was going to take about 3 hours. I got there at 7 am and he told me that the recall and the service and the alignment will be done at 10am the latest. I had to be somewhere at 11 am. I got my car at 10:45am and was late for my meeting. I could have taken the shuttle at an earlier time to be where i had to be before 11 and be picked up by the shuttle at a later time. I kept calling him and asking when my car is going to be done. He kept saying 10am and I called at 9:45 and he even said it’ll be done in 5-10 minutes. But i got my car back at 10:45am. That’s the only complaint I have. But other than that, Roy was good and fast with it.

Johan was great super sweet, nice, answered all of my questions. The issue was when they remounted my mirror they warped it and the images became distorted. I had to go back to the dealership and leave my car there. Other then that the service was good and things got done pretty quickly
