I got there around 8:30 for an 8:45 appt. I was advised the car would be ready around 10:30 so I elected to said. Around 10:30 I went to Andrew & asked him for an updated status, he advised me they were running behind just a little longer. I told home I saw that my car was parked & hadn’t been touched yet. I also asked why I wasn’t advised earlier of the extended wait time. I advised him I had an appointment at the post office to get passports & he advised me I could get a loaner vehicle from enterprise. I got the loaner & made my appointment, there should have been better communication about the wait & availability of a rental. Ty!

My car was returned with cosmetic damages to the middle rear seatbelt, time to get the car returned was extended three times due to misinformation. It's not anyone specific as all reps were nice and trying to help but can't say that the experience was really satisfactory. I know the team will try to make it right, it's just lost time we can't recover.
