Greg was very patient in listening to the sound my new car makes in reverse. I did not know if it was normal or not (whirling sound). Greg drove car with me and listened. He explained that the sound is purposefully amplified to ensure that pedestrians nearby can “hear” the my Hybrid. He did a wonderful job of explaining this to me. Then he noticed that my power seat had not been initialized and did it for me . Greg was great and I appreciate his patience, time and expertise! It was a very good experience! Thank you for asking.
