I had an appointment at 8am. I checked in around 8:15 am. There was a line to check in. I had to wait six hours for an oil change.
It was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I wasted my whole day. Waiting six hours for an oil change? Who does that? You need to get organized and respect customers’ time.
As for me I can promise you won’t see me again.
I’ll go somewhere else.

Jeffrey Tsao provided excellent customer service,and tried to thoroughly explain necessary services, while also working with me on the price points, specifically for new tires, an alignment and oil change.
Teddy Chui made contact with me for recommendations and was courteous. I had a service experience with him previously, but did not get a chance to take a survey. Therefore, I wanted to also commend him for excellent customer service.
I requested an alignment report and Alec Labrada graciously e-mailed that to me immediately, which was also greatly appreciated.
Before i was able to successfully resolve my concerns with Jeffrey, my husband spoke with Ana (I did not get her last name), who provided a hard copy print out of the alignment report.
We are extremely appreciative of the service provided.
