I was totally shocked just thinking that my engine could have been damaged
Due to the negligence of your technicians. How could they have forgotten to connect the cooling fan? I was informed that one I took it in for service the someone forgot to do their job. No manager ever contacted me to apologize for their mistake. I was so scared when my car overheated and I had to pay for my own transportation after work. It’s basically a new car and I certainly wasn’t expecting to have the car overheating on me soon.
