Alec Labrada? More like “Alec Toyota” if you ask me! I’m a long time Longo customer and have never experienced the level of customer care and service than I did from Mr. Toyota! Alec answered my questions, and made me feel at ease when I found out there was a recall pending for my vehicle. Alec made sure that it was taken care of. All I had to do was sit back, enjoy my coffee, and the complimentary freshly baked cookies! Please give Mr. Toyota a raise and promotion ASAP!
