Noli is an excellent Service Advisor and explained all my concerns. He even gave me a coupon for the extended service for 5 more after my warranty expires. I eill purchase it my next service. Luis my mechanic even came out to explain the specific issue I had today. I will give them both a great review on YESlZp!

Teddy did a fantastic job. He’s friendly, has great eye contact, helpful and answered all my questions. When I mentioned I had a work meeting at 11:00 he told me he’d try to get my car done quickly and he delivered. I would request Teddy in the future and recommend him to others.

I got there at 3pm, and left there about 7 pm. I went to the service member @ desk 7 several times, he said it my car would be ready in 2 hours. And when it almost 4:45, I went to him, he said my tire cannot be repaired and need to be replaced, and it’s free, he told me that they already changed my tire. Then I even went to the body shop to check my car, no one was doing anything to my car, then one of the staff told me I cannot walk to the body shop. Then I asked the staff with the uniform, if my car is ready, he told me it will be ready in about 15-20mins. I went to the desk 7 again, told him that my phone is going dead, I wanna give him my boyfriend’s cell number then if he needs to contact me he can reach me. He said no need to write down my boyfriend’s number, they will inform me soon in the speaker. Then I went to the cashier’s place to wait my name to be called. I waited another 30mins, I don’t understand why it took so long. Then I went back to desk 7. The staff told me it will charge me 50% of the tire, and he was looking for me earlier he was not able to find me. I told him I was waiting in the cashier office. Then I told him it’s ok to pay for the tire, he promised that my car will be ready in 25-30mins. I waited another 1.5 hours at least. Just waiting, nothing else I can do. The guy walked through few times, didn’t say anything about my car. I left the Longo Toyota about 7pm, the subway store even closed. I don’t understand why your service member promised that it will be ready in 2 hours, and also I want to give him my boyfriend’s number just Incase he need to call me, he would not write down. Also I don’t understand why he didn’t broadcast that he needs to talk to me. I am not satisfied with this service at all. It took me 4 hours just get my tire be replaced and oil change.
