Bruce provided excellent customer service from the time I dropped off my Tundra until I picked it up. He listened to all of my concerns and stayed in contact with me until the service was complete. It was unfortunate that my truck was slightly damaged during service, but he assured me that it would be fixed in time for me when I would need my truck. Bruce is a great asset to Longo Toyota and I plan to schedule my next appointment with him in the future.
