Marissa was great! One important factor for me as a customer is communication and Marissa communicated. I received both text and phone calls to inform me of the progress of my vehicle. Being my last free service Marissa explained the service plan available to me as a Longo vehicle owner. It’s obvious that she takes pride in what she’s doing as a service writer. In my opinion, she’s a valuable employee and would definitely want to work with her again.
