Elizabeth was very nice and called me back right away when I asked for an ETA for completion of work. I called because I needed to take some time off from work to pick it up. She also called me for a few suggested repairs. I did two of the 3 and appreciate that. I was disappointed that my car wasnt washed. I understood an exterior wash was part of the finishing touches of the service team.

I dropped my car at 12:30. Got a ride home. At 2:45 I received a text saying work would be completed on time. I thought by 4p. Caught the last shuttle back to Longo at close to 3p. The cashier checked with Jeffrey...they were finishing up an would test drive. I waited too after 5p when the cashier offered to CK ETA. Reported just about finished, will do test drive. 5:45 checkiwith Jeffrey said he just submitted paperwork. Went back to the cashier. Was told waiting for paper work. Finally paid,,,my car was still in the over flow lot, so I went to Jeffrey to ask where the over flow lot was. He told me he would ck. If he knew I was waiting, the car should have been brought up to the concierge without me running back and forth. Finally left a few minutes after 6p
Better ETA would have been appreciated. Honest monitoring of progress. "Finishing up* for 3 hours???.
