Albert Lopez has been my service advisor most of the time , so that alone makes me very satisfied with whatever reason or reasons why I am at Longo service. He listens to all my problems with my car and made suggestions to what needs to be done. You know not all service advisors have the same attitude, so even the price for the repair is not really what I am expecting , but knowing that I will be satisfied with my car being repaired by Longo is my main priority- you know that when someone goes to a car repair shop , with one problem they will try to convince you to do this -do that and even try to scare you that something bad might happen when you do not fix it right away, you can feel that they are trying to rob you indirectly. So from that time on as much as possible even I have to drive really far I really trust Longo sercice center. Thank you so much for the honest suggestions that Albert Lopez gave me whenever I have car problems .
