I’m happy with the service provided by Mandi Davis at Longo Toyota. She greeted me in professional matter and made me feel welcome. I wasn’t sure what services my car needed due to the mileage. Mandi went ahead and pull up the history on my vehicle and explained in detailed, what services were required. She even helped me make my next appointment for another Toyota vehicle I own. I highly recommend for people to get their vehicle maintenance at Longo Toyota since they make you feel like family. Once again thank you Mandi for your everything and your services.

Bruce was great and took care of me and the issue right away. Additionally I want to thank service manager Matthew Menendez for taking the time to hear my issue last week a d then taking the actions necessary to get the parts necessary to correct the matter and then putting me in contact with Bruce when I went in this past Saturday. There was another assistant Manager who also helped me and made sure that my car got right into a service bay and personally drove it out to me when the repair was finished. The entire process took about 20 minutes and I was very pleased, impressed and ultimately happy.

I had the worst experience. The representative was at first very attentive and recommended to fix a lot of problems. His attitude changed completely from attentive to uncaring after I told him I was unsure whether I needed the services for my car. He quoted the an exorbitant amount for such a small amount. I went to another car dealership and they didn’t charge me anything, since it was just small screw that was loose. However, my representative made up a myriad of services that my vehicle needed. The representative checked my vehicle and made my lights that required maintenance to turn on and even said I needed to change parts. When I denied all the extra services, his attitude was very hostile and inattentive. It was the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.
