Arrived at 9:43 AM service clerk Daniel Perez called at 12:11 PM to say everything looked good in my car recommended engine wash and headlight treatment I said OK how long would that take he said one hour and was not out until 2:47 PM when quoting a timeframe I don’t like to be lied to he should’ve said he didn’t know how long it would take instead of having me there from 9:43 to 2:47
