The day I dropped off my car I was never contacted about picking it up. I waited for over 4 hours and had to go ask the service desk for an update. I tried calling my service representative and they didn’t answer.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and it was not until 20 minutes after my appointment that someone came to my car to assist me. Luckily I had a ride waiting. When they did come to my vehicle they were hardly friendly although he did apologize for the wait. Other than that everything was fine. I just don’t like the peak capitalism model of stretch your workers thin as **** and provide a **** service experience.

The young man at the first check in gate was rude and acted if he didnt care about tge customer, not what you want during your first contact at Longo. The rest of my service experience was superb, especially Mandy.
