Although my service advisor was polite and helpful. I nearly waited an hour in line, sitting in my car waiting for the service advisor to check me in. I made an appointment with the hopes the check in process would be painless instead it felt like I was a walk in with no appointment waiting for the first service advisor to become available on a first come first serve basis. I watched cars who arrived after me in the line next to me get checked in long before I was helped. I can only imagine those in front and behind me who waited just as long or longer. What is the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait nearly an hour in your car which is not comfortable while my car was running waiting to move as people were checked in. I understand there is a process and protocol for checking in guests but it appeared that this busy Saturday morning was not an efficient day for checking in guests. A disclaimer for potentially waiting one hour for check in would be a better form of communication to give guests an expectation of what to wait for.
