I was really disappointed again. I was under the impression that I was going to get my car washed after my service. Giving back a washed car is something most dealer services do now. I’ve never gotten my car washed for all the years I’ve taken my car to Longo. Now the day I’m told that it’s going to be washed the car wash is broken. The staff is polite but I was very disappointed to find out when I pick up my car to see it had not been done. Also I was confused to hear that my filters needed to be changed. They were not changed. ???? The guy who helped with the car said they would be ok till next time. ???? But the read out the girl handed me when I picked up my car said they need to be changed. I needed all the service done. Everything else was ok. Just disappointed.
