I really appreciate the costumer service from Albert Lopez, he was very professional and very helpful. I would want him to help me in the near future again, but I wasn’t to happy with the technicians work on my 4runner. There was fingerprints and smudges all over my dashboard. My car was “checked “ but I felt they were looking for other things I could be charged for. It was promised to me by 2pm but I called and was told he was in a meeting. Finally at 3:40 I was called me car was finished but the paperwork wasn’t ready. I wdud have a loaner but by 4pm there was too much traffic to come so I had to postpone what I had to do today and pick up my car. This was the first time I used longo for a oil and lube. Instead of 59 minutes it took 24 hours.
