No.. I was called to say my car was ready 10-15mins.. I went to the car pickup area but my paper isnt there.. understandable. I waited more and checked in with the people in the pickup area if my car is ready.. 1 hour after I was informed that car is finished 10-15 mins.. the girl had to follow up because there is no documents still and not even an update for any delay. Why inform me its ready and just keep making me check. I went directly to Mr. Villanueva and I said is there something wrong with my car because you called me an hour ago that its ready. He just simple said “I just submitted the papers a minute ago they should have it” not even apologetic at all for giving me false information. I asked is there an issue with the car? And he said “no the engine wash just took 15mins”. 15 mins is not an hour. I would’ve been fine if I got an update that there was a delay but making me wait and keep checking since I was told it was ready in 10-15 mins is not okay. It is already a hassle for people to wait for their vehicle, the least you can do is make it as smooth as possible or even update for any changes.
