I’ve been a customer with Longo Toyota for about a year and only had trouble during this visit. Had my Tacoma serviced for a 10,000 mile oil change as well as recall for radar sensor update. I was disappointed with Alex Leyva as my service advisor. All my previous service advisors was able to get me in and out fairly quick. I had my appointment at 7:30am, (got my invoice at 7:32am) and got my truck back at 10:47am. What made me upset about visit was when I asked for a status update at 9:12am, Alex calls back at 9:20am and tells me my truck just reached a service technician. So for about 2 hours my truck was just sitting there. What is the whole point of scheduling an appointment? The reason Alex said why my car was just looked at around 9:20am was there was a line of cars before me. I came in at 7:30am and you guys open at 7am. I found this on your website under services: “GET IN AND OUT IN UNDER AN HOUR Longo Toyota makes it easy to keep your Toyota in top form with our 59-Minute Service, available Monday through Friday.” I understand that not all services can be done within an hour but, if there are delays I expect to be updated. Time is important and hope it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. -Jherric Requinto
