I took in my Tacoma on Saturday morning for a tire rotation/oil change and a problem with my stereo. Alex had Teddy explain to me that leaving the truck to have my stereo check can take all day and the issue might not get resolved. He advices I should record the issue and take it back another day. This was upsetting because Teddy didn’t even care to check it out first and I would now have to take my truck on another day.

I understand you guys are busy, your job quality is top notch, and literally everyone has an appointment, but what is the point of making an appointment for 8:30am if my car wasn't seen by a technician until roughly 11am. But other than that, I cannot complain, you guys have plenty of accommodations so the wait wasn't terrible.
