The Longo Toyota Personnel are great, Customer Service is fantastic and of course Mr. Noli Evangelista is very polite and professional but,
I'm very disappointed with Longo Toyota Maintenance Department because my vehicle "RAV4 ADVENTURE 2019 is new with almost four (4) weeks old., right in the second week after I purchased this car it had a problem with "Redio System Unit",- turns off by itself all the time.
Maintenance Department has been trying to fix this issue with radio four (4) times already and The Radio System Unit still has the same problem.
It's very frustrating that I can't even turn off the radio.
I have another appointment with Longo Toyota Maintenance Department again this Monday 06-24-'19 at 7 a.m. in order to continue - trying to repair this issue.
I love my RAV4 ADVENTURE 2019 but I'm very disappointed with TOYOTA this time.
