Ordered a part for my car one week before my appt today. I spoke to Brianna and I asked her 2X if I had to call back to make sure the part for my car was ordered. She told me no and assured me the part would be here on my appt. day. Got here today and the part was never ordered. Very disappointed in your service. I’ve bought many cars from Longo. I’ve always been a very satisfied customer. Always told family and friends to purchase your new car at Longo “they have a great service dept.” Not so sure now. ??
