Bruce was very helpful and attentive. He spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and reproducing the problems I am having. However, the service department didn't really address the problem I continue to have with the trunk sensor (for the kick sensor) except to say that I should read the manual. I have! :( . Bruce had the same issue I was having in opening the trunk using the kick sensor. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The car is less than a month old.
