Im unsatisfied with the service at Longo Toyota from monday the 17,2019.I scheduled an appointment for the scion 2016 due to slow crank battery more than 3 times I been having problem for the same reason.
I waited more than 5 hours for they just to tell me that the battery was still good. Im unsatisfied with Longo Toyota service.
the next Tuesday morning the scion didn't work again I had to take the scion 2016 to Toyota of Downtown LA. thank you to them they did a good service they were very helpful.and able to find the problem.

On Sunday I had an appointment for a regular service at 12 PM. When I arrived I was told my car wouldn’t be serviced until 3PM. That’s okay I thought to myself because I thought I would at least be able to obtain a courtesy vehicle. I asked my service manager if I could and he told me that I would be able to take the shuttle home. I went to the concierge as told and waited about 30 minutes for someone to help me. Employees literally watched me stand there for 30 minutes, no one told me that the concierge isn’t open on sundays. How is that acceptable in any way? How is it acceptable that my car was serviced hours after my appointment? I was stranded at Longo Toyota. What if I had work? Had other obligations to attend, which I did. After being ignored, I had to call a Lyft home and find a ride to drop me back to pick up my car. I had to use money that I’m already tight on over something that shouldn’t have happened. This is unacceptable. I received rude, impatient, and dishonest service. I chose to get a car at Toyota when I could’ve gone literally anywhere else. With this type of treatment at such a company like Toyota is honestly laughable.
