Roy went out of his way to help me figure out how to put the baby car seat into my rental car, and made sure I got all my stuff transferred. My visit to Longo was totally unexpected...on my first day of babysitting my new granddaughter. I felt secure coming too Longo...even after the tow truck driver wanted to take me to his friends garage which would cost slot less than a dealer. I told him that Longo would shuttle me home or arrange for a loaner car. Then he agreed..especially cuz I had my 3 month old baby granddaughter with me.
