A little frustrated in the follow through. Not necessarily Edwards fault but when he called to inform me of completion I asked if car wash was working, it hadn't been the last two time I was at the dealer. Ed said that is was and he was make sure the truck was washed when I got there. Well at 5:40 when I arrived my truck was brought out unwashed, and I had to asked three different service employees to provide the card that CARB requires as proof the service campaign was completed in order to complete my registration.
Again, these issues are not necessarily a result of Edwards performance, but rather a greater problem with Longo's service management.

There is an issue with the front bumper (passanger side below headlight) it's still loose/popping out from car. Paperwork said nothing was wrong with bumper. Other than that, service was awesome and Johan was absolutely great!
