You guys should train ur staff well! when u pay $59.95 or $69.95 for a oil change. He should have said multi-point check is included, NOT i hv to pay if i want brake check. When i make appointment for oil change 5 days ago, i dont think your staff should say estimated waiting time is 3 hours at the time of service, then what is the point of making appointment, why dont i just drive-in on that day, it’s the same waiting time anyway. Any way i only waited 1.5hour, which was acceptable.
