I called at first after my. Car was towed. I had waited for someone to call me because I was informed they would when my car arrived . Waited an hour and no one called . It took me more than 5 hr to know my compressor needs to be replaced. Dont know why the diagnosis doing so inefficiently, and service completely lack of respect of costomer's feeling. Just waste lots of time and money and no improvement for my car repairment. It's my worst experience in longo toyota. Will not go any more.

Emily Mejia listened and was very responsive to my questions. When I asked about the navigation system update, she immediately turned to her colleague whose cubicle was right behind her, and he (I don't recall his name) provided the answer by recommending that I wait until the end of the year (December) to purchase the update because that's when the new updates comes out. Good teamwork!
