Mitzi was very attentive and thorough in explaining what was included in my inspection and recommended various packages and services. I took advantage of my vehicles alignment after she explained the benefits of doing so. She was great with follow ups, investigating a manufacturing issues with the tech department and setting up an future appointment . Mitzi professionalism made my visit easy and assuring.

After my Toyota car service was finished it was washed but returned all spotted. I had to go back and complain about the wash. We went as far as looking at pictures to prove it did not come in spotted. After some time it was resolved by spending more time at Toyota waiting for.my car to be washed again.
